One to One Coaching

Our one-to-one coaching programme is ideal for those who are feeling overwhelmed as a result of weight issues, mood swings, brain fog, poor quality sleep or low energy. You may have tried various diets before or want to eat healthily but you don’t know how.

I offer nutritional guidance and inspiration to help you change your life and eating habits for the better. Your individual plan will offer small, achievable goals which can aid weight loss, weight maintenance, help you feel healthier and fitter, and give you more energy.

The plan unique to you and is tailored to suit your individual needs. We work together on your specific issues and needs and explore how a healthy, balanced diet can help you. We also explore how to change current habits and how to fit your plan into your life.

Your Plan:

 

Your individual programme includes a 1 hour one-to-one initial meeting, a personalised nutrition plan and 1 hour one-to-one presentation and exploration of your plan. You will also have access to our WhatsApp support group.

 

Your personalised nutrition plan includes a review of current nutritional habits, suggestions of how to make small but effective changes, recipes, shopping list coaching, menu planning and advice on how to make the plan work for you.

Meetings can be held in-person in the Glasgow/Arrochar area or online via Zoom.

 

Total cost: £195

 

In addition to your individual plan, we recommend 4 - 6 x 40-minute follow up sessions (weekly or fortnightly) at £40/session.
